Pamela agrees with Julia that instead of payment for her services, Julia will pay Lorenzo's round the world plane ticket. Lorenzo books hotel rooms in Mexico City, San Francisco, Seoul, and Perth. Julia refuses to pay for the ticket. May Lorenzo sue?

Same facts as Anders and Tue question. If Anders gives Julia $1 to hold the option open until Aug. 15, is this valid consideration?

Clemente borrows $10,000 from Vova. Chris offers to pay Clemente's debt, in the evet that he is insolvent. Which is not required for this to be a valid contract?
